Do you need to overhaul a reciprocating or centrifugal compressor?
A compressor at a standstill stops the whole line downstream: that is why we organise the job quickly, on site or in our Terni workshop, under ISO 9001 procedures and with the same team from survey to final testing.
We supply spare parts and wear parts for reciprocating, centrifugal and lobe compressors of any make, including machines no longer in production: from the drawing, from a sample or from a survey of the worn part.
We complete the job with laser alignment of the compressor and vibration monitoring, so the machine goes back into service with verified parameters.

On reciprocating compressors we work on every wearing component, from the cylinder to the crankshaft. Where time matters, repair by material deposition avoids waiting for a new part; where needed, we review the design to improve the machine’s performance.

Centrifugal compressors
On centrifugal compressors the priority is the bearing and seal system: we supply and repair bimetallic and trimetallic bearings, labyrinth and seal rings in house, with the anti-friction linings that are our speciality.

All supplies are accompanied by accurate technical documentation and certificates of conformity. Maintenance work comes with maintenance reports, machine data sheets, dimensional reports, inspection sheets, testing and commissioning records.
