Steam, gas and hydraulic turbines
On steam, gas and hydraulic turbines we work mainly at the plant, where the machine is installed: technical assistance during scheduled shutdowns, overhaul of bearings and seals, internal spare parts with anti-wear hard-facing.
We supply internal spare parts: tips and nozzles with special hard-facing and anti-wear heat treatments, ring nuts, seal rings, bearings and thrust pads. We repair journal and thrust bearings, thrust pads and seal rings with bimetallic and trimetallic linings.
Every overhaul ends with a maintenance report documenting measurements, work carried out and replaced parts: the basis for planning the next shutdown.

Certified materials
Materials are sourced from leading Italian and international suppliers and come with certificates of chemical analysis and mechanical properties or of conformity, in addition to certificates for any additional heat treatments and non-destructive testing.
Technical documentation
All supplies are accompanied by accurate technical documentation and certificates of conformity. Maintenance work comes with maintenance reports, machine data sheets, dimensional reports, inspection sheets, testing and commissioning records.
