Gearboxes, speed increasers and torque converters
We overhaul gearboxes, speed increasers and torque converters in our Terni workshop or at the plant, with an advantage few can offer: bearings and pads with bimetallic and trimetallic linings, and gears and shafts made from scratch, all in house.
We supply and repair journal bearings, thrust bearings and thrust pads with bimetallic and trimetallic linings. We also manufacture new gears, shafts, seal rings and casings. We overhaul oil pumps and their electric motors.

Certified materials
Materials are sourced from leading Italian and international suppliers and come with certificates of chemical analysis and mechanical properties or of conformity, in addition to certificates for any additional heat treatments and non-destructive testing.
Technical documentation
All supplies are accompanied by accurate technical documentation and certificates of conformity. Maintenance work comes with maintenance reports, machine data sheets, dimensional reports, inspection sheets, testing and commissioning records.
