Do you need to overhaul a centrifugal, screw, reciprocating or gear pump?
We overhaul centrifugal, screw, reciprocating and gear pumps of any make, in our Terni workshop or directly at the plant, with dynamic balancing of the rotors and a report at the end of the job.
We manufacture the wear parts (impellers, shafts, rings, bushings, seals) to drawing, from a sample or from a survey of the part, with materials and coatings chosen according to the pumped fluid.
Centrifugal pumps
Single-stage or multistage, horizontal or vertical: centrifugal pumps are the machine we overhaul most often. If the pump is running away from its design point, we propose changes to impeller and rings to bring it back to efficiency.
We supply all wear parts for centrifugal pumps, using special materials, coatings and heat treatments:

- casing wear rings and impeller wear rings (whole and in two halves)

In urgent cases, where possible, we repair shafts by material deposition according to our internal specifications.
Screw pumps
On screw pumps the critical point is the rotor and casing: we overhaul them and, in an emergency, we repair them to restart the plant without waiting for the manufacturer’s part.

Where required, to overcome erosion or corrosion problems, we apply special coatings that improve performance and service life. We carry out dynamic balancing of rotors and issue the relevant report and, in urgent cases, we repair rotors and casings to minimise plant downtime.
Reciprocating pumps
On reciprocating pumps we overhaul the complete mechanical section, from the crankshaft to the packing sets, with anti-erosion coatings on the pistons where the fluid requires it.

All supplies are accompanied by accurate technical documentation and certificates of conformity. Maintenance work comes with maintenance reports, machine data sheets, dimensional reports, inspection sheets, testing and commissioning records.
