High and low pressure valves
We overhaul high and low pressure valves of every type, in our workshop or at the plant. Plugs, stems and seats are repaired with stellite, tungsten carbide and chromium hard-facing: the valve seals again without replacing the body.
We supply and repair internal spare parts, plugs, stems, valve seats, valve bodies and cylinders, by material deposition (stellite, tungsten carbide, chromium, chromium steels) or special heat treatments. We also supply gaskets, sealing elements and tie rods.

Certified materials
Materials are sourced from leading Italian and international suppliers and come with certificates of chemical analysis and mechanical properties or of conformity, in addition to certificates for any additional heat treatments and non-destructive testing.
Technical documentation
All supplies are accompanied by accurate technical documentation and certificates of conformity. Maintenance work comes with maintenance reports, machine data sheets, dimensional reports, inspection sheets, testing and commissioning records.
